Appointments

We know you have many choices when choosing a Pediatric Dentist in West Des Moines, IA so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.If you are scheduling a new patient appointment, please call our office as we will need some additional pieces of information from you for that first appointment.    

Insurance and Billing

We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We are currently in network providers with Delta Dental, Blue Dental, Principal, Cigna, Metlife, Hawk. Jordan Creek Pediatric Dentistry does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. Please be aware of any deductibles or coinsurance that might be due at the time of your appointment. We do collect for services at the time they are completed and provide our best estimate for what portion insurance may not cover. 

Payment Options

We accept checks, cash and all major credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan and Care Credit if financing is needed. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
